The town of Stratford was formed in 1995 to include amongst other communities, the Southport community. Commercial facilities within minutes of the property include the new championship Fox Meadow golf course, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. The Tea Hill Provincial Park features 15 acres of prime recreational area with a red sands public beach.

Camp out at the only RV park in Charlottetown, situated on 15 acres of quiet, scenic river frontage along the Hillsborough River across from the city. We offer 66 sites with 3-way and 2-way hook-ups and many open unserviced spaces. As we are located on the river, we are practically mosquito free and enjoy a nice breeze.

Our 32 unit motel is very well established in Stratford, one of Prince Edward Island's fastest growing communities. While the motel is centrally located across from various shops and 3 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, 15 acres of well-groomed grounds on the Hillsborough River gives our visitors a chance to enjoy their stay in a quiet, scenic atmosphere. Cruise ships dock right across from the motel and sail boats are often to be seen on the river.
