The landscaping has been designed to maximize beach usage while protecting campers. The sites in the first row are directly above the high water mark providing a stunning view of Kootenay Lake. The lake does not freeze over making it possible for year round fishing. Complimentary year round boat storage is available on the upper property and a public boat launch is located 2 km (1 mile) south.
