Old Mill Cottage Resort offers Lake views in the Minden region of Ontario.

This a lovely old cottage resort. The property is rustic and beautiful and the owners are friendly and leave you to enjoy your stay. There's lots of room for your children to run without leaving the property. At night we sat at the campfire looking down 12 Mile lake and enjoyed the stars, the fire, the peace and a couple of nights the staff came out to play some folk guitar and sing.

The beach is clean, sandy and has a gradual slope. There's shuffle board and horeshoes and other then that it's up to you. There's a little town of Carnarvon a 3 minutes walk with 3 restaurants, a bowling alley with pool tables and snack bar, mini putt, 2 convienience stores and more.
