The Eriksen Premises is a merchant's home and general store that was built in the late 1800's and restored in 1993. Retaining its original Victorian charm, the Eriksen Premises allows one to step back in time while enjoying many modern day conveniences.

The Mansard style architecture of the premises boasts magnificent views of Trinity harbour from dormer and bay windows. In early summer, watching whales and icebergs are a favourite pastime, while scooping capelin from the shore is an exhilarating and tasty adventure.
